She put a great deal of thought, time and effort into the sale of the house, and understood exactly what needed to be done to make the house highly marketable in early 2012, and within our limited budget. As a result, we had an offer very close to asking price within a few days of when the house went on the market. After that, whenever the buyer had concerns or questions, Nina was always there to deal with them, and the closing went through very much on time.
